Returns & Exchanges

All items at The Rizz Shop are made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a photo of the item

  • a brief description of the issue

Once verified, a replacement will be produced and shipped to you.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • the item is lost in transit and cannot be delivered, or

  • a replacement cannot be produced.

We do not require you to return damaged items.
